30 KB (KettleBell) CLEAN AND PRESS @35lbs (30 EACH ARM)
30 BOX JUMPS @24"
30 RING DIPS
30 DOUBLE UNDERS
30 OVERHEAD LUNGES @25lb PLATE
30 SIT UPS
250 METER ROW
